What personal data do we process:

For what purpose do we process your data:

We are a real estate brokerage company. Therefore, we process your data for the purpose of real estate brokerage real estate valuation, to attract and retain customers and improve our service quality.

Prospect and customer management in the context of real estate brokerage (including automatically created and archived text documents (such as correspondence) in these matters).

For the processing of the concluded contractual relationship (management contract) within the scope of the management of the object for third parties (property owners or owners' association according to WEG) including text documents created and archived with the help of automation for these purposes. 

For the processing of the concluded contractual relationship (rental agreement) within the scope of the management of the property (for third parties), including text documents created and archived automatically for these purposes, such as, in particular, the rent assessment and settlement.

 

On what legal basis are personal data processed?

The legal bases for processing are the contract (e.g.: brokerage contract, real estate appraisal, management contract, etc.), the initiation of the contract, legitimate interest, the consent of the person concerned and the legal bases.

In the case of consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time. However, the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent remains unaffected until revocation.

 

Are you obliged to provide your personal data? What happens if I do not want to?

We rely on a lot of your personal data for our business relationship. If we do not know your name and address, we cannot send you any real estate offers, for example. If we can't verify your identity, the law prohibits us from doing business with you. So you see: where it is necessary for the business relationship due to a contract or a legal requirement, we must process your personal data.
