What personal data do we process:
Contact details (e.g.: Name, address, tel, email, date of birth, owner information, company information and trade information, etc.), applicant data (e.g., names, contact details, qualifications, application documents) as well as data required for the processing of the contractual relationship (account and payment data, contract and property data, correspondence, identity data, creditworthiness data, data on the business relationship, data on the provision of services) are processed from publicly available sources, from owners or the pre-administration or even in connection with the business relationship, from public registers, such as the Company Register, Land Register, etc., as well as by your request for specific properties or order.
Please keep in mind: This is only a general list. We do not have all of the above data at our disposal in every case. For a detailed, individual list, you have the right to information and can request this from us.
For what purpose do we process your data:
We are a real estate brokerage company. Therefore, we process your data for the purpose of real estate brokerage real estate valuation, to attract and retain customers and improve our service quality.
Prospect and customer management in the context of real estate brokerage (including automatically created and archived text documents (such as correspondence) in these matters).
For the processing of the concluded contractual relationship (management contract) within the scope of the management of the object for third parties (property owners or owners' association according to WEG) including text documents created and archived with the help of automation for these purposes.
For the processing of the concluded contractual relationship (rental agreement) within the scope of the management of the property (for third parties), including text documents created and archived automatically for these purposes, such as, in particular, the rent assessment and settlement.
On what legal basis are personal data processed?
The legal bases for processing are the contract (e.g.: brokerage contract, real estate appraisal, management contract, etc.), the initiation of the contract, legitimate interest, the consent of the person concerned and the legal bases.
In the case of consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time. However, the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent remains unaffected until revocation.
Are you obliged to provide your personal data? What happens if I do not want to?
We rely on a lot of your personal data for our business relationship. If we do not know your name and address, we cannot send you any real estate offers, for example. If we can't verify your identity, the law prohibits us from doing business with you. So you see: where it is necessary for the business relationship due to a contract or a legal requirement, we must process your personal data. If you do not want us to do so, we may unfortunately not be allowed to offer certain products or provide certain services. If we are only allowed to process your data based on your consent, you are not obliged to give this consent and provide the data.
How long do we store your data:
The data will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and after its termination at least as long as legal retention periods exist or limitation periods of potential legal claims have not yet expired.
To whom do we pass on your data:
We store and process the personal data transmitted or disclosed to us only insofar as it is related to the execution of the contract (brokerage contract, management contract, search order, rental contract, etc.). Data will only be passed on to the minimum extent necessary and insofar as it is required for the execution of the contract, is based on a legal basis or there is a legitimate interest in the business transaction of involved (third parties).
Possible recipients may be:
Departments of the company involved in business processing (e.g. EDP, other administrative units) or companies of the corporate group (e.g. for processing joint projects); (potential) contractual partners (e.g. landlords).
Third parties involved in the business transaction (persons necessarily participating in the business transaction and potential contractual partners, other brokers, brokerage platforms, property management companies, financing companies, private and public bodies that can disclose or require information on properties, insurance companies) responsible departments of the property management company or companies of the corporate group
Service providers of the responsible party (e.g. tax advisor, payroll accounting, lawyer) as well as authorities (social security, tax office, other authorities), legal representatives (in the enforcement of rights or defense against claims or in the context of official proceedings) or companies that act as contractors in the context of the support of the IT infrastructure (software, hardware). Commissioned professionals/service providers (e.g. for contacting in the event of damage repair)
Owners/property management in the context of termination/transfer of management agendas. Other co-owners of the property (settlement, formation of wills).
Brokers, interested parties, buyers, investors (justified interest in case of sale of the property)
Under no circumstances will your data be passed on for advertising purposes or similar. Our employees and our service companies are obliged to maintain confidentiality and to comply with data protection regulations.
We do not transfer your data to recipients in a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization.
There is no automated decision-making (profiling).

What are cookies?

Third-party services and content
It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this offer. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is thus necessary for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only such content whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Insofar as this is known to us, we inform the users about it.
Access data & server logs
The provider (or its web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:
Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data only for statistical analysis for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the site is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
In our plugins the extended data protection mode is activated, when you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, YouTube does not store any information about the visitors on your website unless they watch the video.
In doing so, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.
If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
Social media cookies
Social media plug-ins are integrated on our website in order to be able to recommend and share articles on social networks, for example Facebook, Twitter. We use a two-stage procedure for this. Data is only transmitted to third parties when the user clicks on one of the icons displayed in the social media bar. Our website has no influence on cookies set by Facebook, Twitter, etc., nor does our website have access to them.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google").
